New Club Angling Club
Organisation Details
The New Club Angling Club manages the angling on two local waters.
The Moat on the Wheatley Park campus is a small one acre stillwater. The season runs from the start of April until the start of March. Access to fish the Moat is outside of school hours starting from 5p.m Monday to Friday during school term time. During school holidays and at weekends the club has access from down until dusk. Night fishing is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. There are Tench, Perch, Rudd, Roach, Bream and a few remaining Carp, including some Crucian Carp.
The river Thame at Cuddesdon includes almost 3 miles of the river, both above Cuddesdon Mill and below, all the way down to the Chippinghurst manor boundary. Pike, Chub, Bream, Roach, Perch and Dace are all present.
As we fish on a school site additional security measures have been put in place. A passport style photograph is required for your membership card, so you can be identified when on school premises.

A full adult membership costs £30 / £17.50 for over 65's.
