Whether you are brand new to exercise or have been doing Pilates for years you are welcome to join our Wheatley Pilates classes. Our Wednesday evening classes are mixed ability Pilates groups. Our friendly and approachable physiotherapist use their clinical expertise to get to know and support you thorough the course. Specialist physio Ruth runs these classes in the central location of the Merry Bells village hall, she would love to welcome you. Please note these classes run as a pre-booked course and are not drop in. (See link above)

We believe that Pilates really can be for everyone and use a variety of strengthening, stretching and core exercise to help you improve your flexibility, strength and general health. Classes cover all aspects of core training, providing plenty of options to keep everyone appropriately challenged. Join us and be supported to work us at your own level.

All of our mixed ability courses will review basic Pilates principles at the start of each programme, so no previous Pilates experience is needed.

Physiotherapist Led Pilates

We are a team of Physiotherapists and other Health Care professionals who bring the benefits of Pilates to you, wherever you might be in Oxfordshire.

We believe that everyone should be able to enjoy the physical and mental benefits of Pilates, so we bring our mobile Pilates classes to workplace, community buildings, homes and schools around Oxfordshire. We meet at the Merry Bells in Wheatley for 4 sessions a week.

Wednesday evenings
6pm. Pilates for Everyone with a specialist physiotherapist
7pm. Pilates for Everyone with a specialist physiotherapist

Thursday afternoons
12.30pm Move Together programme with a specialist nurse
1.30pm Seated Pilates. A more gentle and accessible Pilates class with a specialist nurse.
